Whether you are looking to control pest infestation levels in your home, or maintain the health and beauty of your landscape, we have programs that can be adapted to fit your individual needs.
Our subtropical environment promotes many forms of plant and animal life–some of which are desirable and others which are not. To promote the desirable ones and control the undesirable ones requires experience, on-going training, equipment and proper use of pesticides and fertilizers. PPMSF is a proud member of the Certified Pest Control Operators Association of Florida and the Better Business Bureau.
Mike Kilby – Certified Pest Control Operator
Mike started in the pest control and fertilization industry in 1981 and gained his knowledge while working for local companies in the West Palm Beach area. After working in the field for 20 years, Mike wanted to start a company that would deliver a more personal approach to pest control and fertilization.
Because of his extensive knowledge and understanding of the pest control and fertilization industry, Mike trains each employee personally and as a result of their training, each employee has a solid understanding of how to take care of your landscape, treat it with the proper fertilizers, and apply the correct pesticides that will chase away any unwanted pests.
Along with his vast experience, Mike has certifications by the State of Florida for Lawn & Ornamental services as well as General Household Pest and Rodent services.
Each technician that is part of our staff receives extensive individual training.
Along with meeting state of Florida's regulations, upon hiring we enter our technicians into PPMSF's intensive 30-60 day training period before they are on their own. This process has ensured that each technician has a sound understanding of the proper practices of pest control and fertilization.
Once our technicians complete their training and hold state of Florida identification cards, we have developed our own standard practices by holding monthly safety and training courses. We also support our technicians continued education in the industry by paying for education courses that lead up to taking certification exams by the state of Florida.
